Versatile and comfortable
It's taken me a while to get used to my back pack for running but now I feel naked without them.

Positivies are - so many pockets for so many things, removable 3 litre waist carried water bladder, comfort straps, breathable back, easy to clean and keep clean and a very comfortable feel when lightly pack or even when it's heavily packed - it's just plain cumfy!!

Negatives - Even though it has lots of pockets there's no one big space or a large item to carry - waterproof coat, ease of access to the water bladder could be better but it's manageable, not very waterproof in heavy rain - it could do with a waterproof cover or make sure your valuables are bagged to protect them from water & sweat!!

All in all I've found this to be very comfortable stepping stone up to something more ultra durable.
