Very functional, well designed though minimalist in aesthetics: this rucksack is perfect for riders who want to get an evoc quality product without spending extra money on trifles. Recommended!

Quality sack with non obtrusive back protector.
The sack is extremely well made and has all the right compartments. I use it for bike, ski and hiking, and it rises to the occasion every time. The open compartment on the back is great for helmets etc, and well usefull for hiking as you can reach behind and grab a bottle of water. Size wise, I'm 180 (5'10) chunky, and fighting off a beer belly, and the M/L size is just right, but I'm at its limit. Any taller/bigger I'd say get the L. The back-protector doesnt get in the way at all, and it's just great to know it's there - it appears quite flexible, yet able to do its vital job (I'd say it's as important as the helmet). The sack is an expensive treat, fits like a glove, and I'd say it's money very well spent.

Brief update: The only drawback is that as the sack must "hug" the torso if it's to be a serious back-protector, you will finish any activity with your top/t-shirt drenched in sweat. In other words you will miss the open mesh system allowing sweat to evaporate...
