Absolutely useless :-(
So disappointing. Ordered the 24 inch version for my son. Was sent the 20 inch (the size he's grown out of). Reordered a replacement only to be sent the same INCORRECT size AGAIN. Customer services says you cannot be guaranteed to receive the correct size if placing a third order!!!!!
