My Dura Ace chain had clearly worn out after 2,500 miles and wasn't sitting properly on the chainrings, due to too much stretch. I read a number of reviews rating this KMC chain and gave it a go. As the chain has only covered 600 miles I cannot comment on wear, but I can say that although the chain is quietish and smooth running, once in a gear, gear changes are laboured and trying to find a happy medium between changing up and down is still an issue, which I didn't find with the Dura Ace when new. I am curious about the longevity of the chain and I am hoping that that is its main forte, but at present I would give it an okay rating.

Originally I had probelms as stated above, but the problem lay in the uselessness of the White Lightning dry lube I used.
