good all round helmet
i have had this helmet for nearly a year now and it is still working good, i use it every day on the roads and on the trails during summer it give great ventelation and keeps your head cool i have had small falls with it a few times and its a realy strong helmet as well as being light i got it in black and the scratches from falls can not be seen becuse of its mat black colour so it still looks ne. i also use it on the road and it does not show on the pictures but it has a reflective shape on the back of the helmet which is very useful for night riding on the roads

Awesome
This helmet is fantastic. It is very lightweight for MTB at 245g.

The retention system has an excellent dial on the back to slacken and tighten for downs.

Venting is awesome, head stays very cool due to forward venting.

I have had numerous helmets and purchased a Fox Flux around 6 months ago. At 410g - even with the extra material at the back it felt heavy and got VERY hot. This MET helmet $hits all over it!

Looks sleazy in matte white. Delighted!
