Excellent permanent panniers.
I bought these in 2009 to fit my Pashley.
Since then I have never taken them off, as these are meant to be left on (hence other removable style commuting bags from Basil and other companies).
I use my bike daily, to take the school bags and lunches of three children to school and back, to go to town and collect emergency supplies, and to the out of towm to lug home 8 pints of milk plus everything else a large family needs.
After all this time, the bags remain in excellent condition, are easy to access and have saved many a car journey.

Very pretty and practical water resistant panniers, the only possible improvement would of been an 'over hanging edge' on the side of them, other than that my daughter loves them and there is plenty of room for all her UNI books or shopping
