I only use these on long runs (15km +) and they seem to help. I don't know whether it is just psychological but I look forward to the sweet kick every 45 minutes or so and it helps keep me going. nice and compact to store in a belt/pocket as well so don't get in the way. flavour is personal preference of course but these are sweet and taste ok once you get used to the texture.

I think that this product does work but, and there's a big butt, I have some concerns about the safety and legitimacy of this product and the effects after using this product. I am talking scientific here. I think that this product has a long lasting effect on blocking the action of the cells from retuning to normal long after stopping this product. This is my opinion and maybe someone else out there has found this. I will research this product and get back to another review on this.
