Quick Delivery and good bike
Bike arrived quicker than they estimated. (3 days for delivery) It was easy to put together and when complete is a reasonably light bike that feels efficient to pedal. My daughter loves the colours and also loves the fact it is so light and easy to pedal. It took about 30 mins to assemble and when assembled all the brakes and gears worked without adjustment. We have not used the bike on the trail yet but my older daughter also has an AT20 and it has been reliable and robust and so I have no concerns on this one. I would have no reservation for anyone buying this bike for the use we have. (Bike tracks, some hill tracks and suburban commuting tracks. We do not do real hard mountain biking). I cannot comment on its use as a hard ridden mountain bike.

Front mudguard keeps falling off.
I am limited in my ability to build bikes and asked a relative to help. He built it and set it up but when I tried to ride it the mudguard pinged off the frame, jamming the tyre. We have tried to re-atteach the mudguard but the screws do not want to go in the holes, and it keeps falling off.

The front brake also sticks so the ride is a drag. I wish I never bought it.

Brilliant Bike
This is one of the best bikes I've ever owned, though I may be biased as I have exclusively owned Raleigh bikes from childhood. The Rio seat is amazingly comfortable, the gear transitions are smooth and quick. It is simply a joy to ride. However, for the price tag perhaps a pannier bag or front basket might be an idea as I use this bike in the city for a quick bit of shopping.

Gore Power Ladies Gel Gloves
As a woman with particularly tiny hands these are the best fit I could get for a proper pair of cycling gloves - not a kids pair with chamois, but no gel. I am a size XXS in these which is probably the equivalent of a child age 10-12 yrs. These are comfortable, well fitting and are really effective for road riding/MTB. I noticed a major difference when I moved from standard chamois padding gloves to these - really takes away some of the vibration through the hands and wrists. Excellent gloves for the price. Really comfortable, good price, long lasting and no more pain in the hands/wrists.

Great overshoes
Brilliant. Go over normal trainers, lightweight for carrying in bag. Easy to pop on quickly at the side of the road if you suddenly find yourself in a downpour. Don't restict movement. Finally can be completely waterproof on the bike.

Hard to find the right gear
Just got them delivered today - they fit over my normal workshoes and are easy to put on, this helps with waterproof overtrousers the 45 -47 easily fit over a shoe that is 10.5 -11.5 in size.
