Details of the item WeeRide Deluxe Child Baby Bike Seat

The WeeRide Deluxe is the BEST AND SAFEST seat you can buy your child. It DOES NOT attach to the HANDLEBARS like other front seats as we feel this is dangerous. It has a qunique patented bar that outs the weight safely in the middle of the bike.
It is great fun as you can talk your child, piint things out and deal with their needs.
WeeRide are the only brand of front bike seats stokced in the major stores as they are the safest.
Suits children from 9 months up to 4.

• Kangaroo Seat unique centre mounted bike seat that attaches to nearly all bikes. Suitable for children aged 1 year upwards.
• Easy to use. Deluxe safety harness with oversized buckle system.
• Padded shoulder harness. Better balance for rider than rear seats due to child's central position on the bike.
• Maximum weight 18 kgs / 40lbs. Suitable for all types of bikes excluding race (drop handlebar) bikes.
• DO NOT buy any bike seat until your baby can comfortably hold their head up with a safety helmet on.

Brilliant Weeride De Luxe
I saw this product when looking through the website and thought that it was a brilliant idea to have your baby in front of you rather than behind. You can see exactly what they are doing so you can make sure they are safe and they get the same view as you so they stay much more contented for longer.
I found the centre mount bar was really easy to fit to the bike and the tools were supplied for you to do this. Once that is fitted there isn't much else for you to do because the seat itself is so simple to attach I thought I was doing it wrong!! It's just as easy to remove when not in use as well.
I took my one year old son out for a spin using it the other day and he absolutely loved it, he was giggling and chatting away the whole time (not that I understood his baby talk!) but he definitely enjoyed himself. He even cried when it was time to take him off!!
I would recommend this seat to anyone thinking of getting a seat for their bike. It's brilliant.

My Daughter loves it!
I recently purchased this so I could cycle my daughter to nursery and then cycle on to work. It arrived very efficiently but unfortunately we couldn't get one of the bolts undone which meant we could not fit it to the bike. Weeride were fantastic though and organised for a replacement to be sent out swiftly and the old part picked up. Fitting was a bit fiddley but straight forward. My daughter is 14 months old but on the small side (8.5kg) and she absolutely adores it. In fact she cries when she gets off and cries when she sees it and isn't allowed on - I guess this isn't great for us, but great that she loves it. You do have to slightly alter your cycling position but not uncomfortably so. The weight distribution is also great and doesn't alter the ride at all. I love the functionality of being able to easily remove the seat which allows me to leave the seat at nursery when I go to work. Overall I would thoroughly recommended this product.

As safe as houses
A great seat, easy to use and thoroughly enjoyed by my son...who looks forward to being a "co-pilot" on bicycle rides. He is so comfortable he rarely wants to get out, and yes the foot straps do protect you form being kicked. Great design, easy to fit, easy to take on and off and the co-pilot sign on the back is moderately amusing.

Look elsewhere!
I would not recommend this seat. Brace yourself for an evening of frustration if you choose this item. It should be simple to fit, but instructions are so rubbish that you run into the usual ("whats this piece for"? "Where should this go?" etc. It never ceases to amaze me why manfacturers are happy to supply their products with such scant and poor instuctions. After all this is usually your first experience with their products and Mr CoPilot if you're listening it will also be my last!!

For me it just shows that the manfacturer doesn't really care about their customers and are just trying to shift as many of their moulded plastic units as possible. Also the feet holds are fiddly and difficult to use. If you are looking for a child bike seat...do yourself a favour and don't choose CoPilot!!

Fantastic - with a caveat
The Good
I was surprised, collecting it from the couriers depo (why do couriers bother attempting to deliver to house addresses without a phone call/text first?) as it was so light!
Took me an hour to put it together - though it's only 5 bolts and nuts - tools supplied. Very simple to put together though the top cross bar, which is supposed to 'slot' in and out to enable the trailer to collapse, does need considerable effort initially as the canvas fits perfectly.i.e. lie it on it's side and with a foot on one side - heave. Maybe the canvas cover fitting was cut at the minimum on mine trailer and others may 'slot in' with ease.
I didn't quite know what to expect for the price - which is THE cheapest trailer on Amazon but I'm amazed at the quality. Inside the trailer are two pockets on either side for books or small items and space behind the seat for a couple of shopping bags. The labelling on the seat states 40kg, not 35kg as advertised and it has three harnesses - for...

bike trail wild dowe
What a great quality sturdy product with hours of fun and most of all it is easy to assemble even comes with a built in storage area behind the children also its water proof and bug proof my 3 year old and 6 year old can fit in there, the product is so light when towing you dont notice the extra weight turns great around corners, childrens review is that its a really fun trailer very comfy and spacious my overall view is i love it would recommend to every one, also great seller and despatch and delivery of item thank you
